Job Summary:
The District Director I will plan, organize, direct, and control the major functions of the Jimma District. Responsibilities include preparing programs for branch expansion, setting and evaluating branch targets, providing technical and procedural guidance, and leading sales and business development activities within the region. The Director will address performance-related issues and propose strategies for business growth in consultation with the Chief of Retail and Branch Banking.
Skills and Educational Background:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: At least eleven (11) years of experience in digital banking business and product development in a commercial bank, with five (5) years at a middle managerial level.
