3. Management Trainee
- Qualification: MBA/MA/MSc in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields
- CGPA Requirements: Female: 3.00 & above; Male: 3.25 & above
- Additional Requirements:
- Grade 8th certificate mandatory
- Age: Below 30 (inclusive)
- Year of Graduation: 2023 & 2024 only
- Experience: Zero years
- Duty Station: Central & Outlying Districts
4. District Director
- Qualification: MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience:
- 9 years of relevant banking experience with MSc/MBA/MA, including 3 years in a managerial position, or
- 11 years of relevant banking experience with BA/BSc, including 4 years in a managerial position
- Duty Station: Central & Outlying Districts
5. PMS and Development Officer
- Qualification: BA degree in HRM, Management, PADM, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
- Duty Station: Head Office
