1. Senior EMR Coordinator

Position Summary:
The Senior EMR Coordinator will lead the implementation, maintenance, and support of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system across health facilities. The role involves coordinating with digital health staff, and health facility management to ensure the EMR system supports clinical workflows, complies with regulations, and enhances patient care quality.

• Number of positions: 2 (Two)
• Reports to: Digital Health, LEO
• Duty station: Ministry of Health
• Contract Type & Duration: 12-month contract with the possibility of extension
• Salary: 30,917 ETB per month

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digital Health, or related fields.
• Experience:
• BSc: 12 years of proven work experience in system development and implementation.
• MSc: 10 years of proven work experience in system development and implementation.
• Proven expertise in EMR systems, such as Bahmi EMR, data management, and privacy principles.
• Skills: Strong leadership, project management, data security, and communication skills.

2. iHRIS Manager

Position Summary:
The iHRIS Manager will oversee HRH-related data using the iHRIS system, ensuring data traceability, accessibility, and system improvements. Responsibilities include capacity building, resource mobilization, and preparing reports.

• Number of positions: 1 (One)
• Duty station: Ministry of Health
• Contract Type & Duration: 12-month contract with the possibility of extension
• Salary: 38,646 ETB per month

Required Qualifications:

• Education: BSc/MSc/MPH degree in Health, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Health Informatics, or related fields.
• Experience:
• BSc: 14 years of proven work experience.
• MSc: 12 years of proven work experience.
• PhD: 10 years of proven work experience in HRH data management.
• Experience in iHRIS, STATA, SPSS, and ODK.
• Skills: Strong data analysis, report writing, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.

3. Senior Special Advisor for Digital Health

Position Summary:
The Senior Special Advisor will provide strategic guidance and oversee the implementation of digital health projects. This role involves supporting healthcare innovation, improving service efficiency, and leveraging technology for better healthcare delivery.

• Number of positions: 1 (One)
• Duty station: Ministry of Health
• Contract Type & Duration: 12-month contract with the possibility of extension
• Salary: 75,176 ETB per month

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience:
• BSc: 12 years of proven work experience.
• MSc: 10 years of proven work experience in system development and implementation.
• Expertise in open-source platforms such as DHIS2, iHRIS, and EMR.
• Skills: Excellent project management, leadership, and analytical skills.
