Position 1: Manager – Architectural and Engineering Design Team
- Educational Background and Skills:
- MSc/BSc in Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- 5 years of relevant experience for MSc holders and 7 years for BSc holders, including 2 years in a management role.
- Place of Work: Head Office (Construction Projects Directorate)
Position 2: Corporate Business Customer
- Educational Background and Skills:
- MA/MBA/MSc/BA in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 6 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Place of Work: Head Office (Corporate Banking Directorate)
Position 3: Branch Manager I
- Educational Background and Skills:
- BA in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- 6 years of direct banking experience, managerial experience is preferable.
- Place of Work:
- Arbamich & Yirgalem Branches under Hawassa District
- Tepi & Baro Branches under Jimma District
- Emam Ahmed IFB Branch
- Machara & Boroda Branches under Dire Dawa District
- Babicha Branch under Nekemte District
- Gobessa & Gololcha Branches under Adama District
- Branches under Finfinne City Districts
