Tsehay Insurance Share Company invites qualified and competent applicants to apply for the following vacant positions. Tsehay Insurance S.C. was established on March 28, 2012, by 105 shareholders, including prominent individuals and business organizations. Registered by the National Bank of Ethiopia under proclamation No. 86/1994 and license No. 017/12, the company began operations with a subscribed capital of Birr 45 million and paid-up capital of Birr 11,480,000, significantly above the minimum requirement, operating three branches in Addis Ababa.


1, Senior Auditor

    • Qualification: BA/BSc Degree in Accounting/Finance
    • Work Experience: 4 years of experience
    • Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa

    2, Secretary Cashier I

      • Qualification: Technical School 10+4 Diploma in an appropriate field of study
      • Work Experience: 2 years of work experience
      • Number Required: 3
      • Duty Station: Addis Ababa Branch

      3, Auditor II

        • Qualification: BA/BSc Degree in Accounting/Finance
        • Work Experience: 2 years of experience
        • Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa

        4, Underwriting Officer II

          • Qualification: BA/BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields
          • Work Experience: 2 years in insurance
          • Number Required: 3
          • Duty Station: Addis Ababa Branch

          5, Branch Manager I

            • Qualification: BA/BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields
            • Work Experience: 5 years of experience in insurance, with 2 years in senior positions
            • Number Required: 3
            • Duty Station: Addis Ababa Branch

            6, Manager, Internal Audit and Inspection Division

              • Qualification: BA/BSc Degree in Accounting/Finance or related fields
              • Work Experience: 7 years of experience, with 3 years in senior positions
              • Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa
