Positions and Requirements

1, IT Auditor

    • Qualification: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other IT-related fields.
    • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
    • Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

    2, Talent Development – Manager

      • Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
      • Experience: 8/10 years of banking experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role in talent development.
      • Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

      3, Manager – Interest Free Banking Resource Mobilization

        • Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
        • Experience: 8/10 years in banking operations, with a minimum of 4 years in Interest-Free Banking.
        • Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

        Salary: Per the Bank’s Scale
