1. Senior Compliance Officer

Job Summary:

• Responsible for managing and overseeing the bank’s compliance activities, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. This role involves conducting compliance assessments, advising on regulatory matters, and guiding junior compliance staff to establish a strong compliance framework.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Banking & Finance, or related fields
• 5 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, including 2 years as a Financial Risk Officer or related role
• Location: Addis Ababa
