1. Junior Accountant Maker

  • Location: Addis Ababa
  • Number of Positions: 10

Job Summary:

The Junior Accountant Maker plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records. This includes data entry, updating member accounts, and providing support to senior accounting staff. The role also involves assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records of transactions such as member deposits, loans, and interest payments.
  • Enter financial data into accounting software and ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor and update member accounts.
  • Assist senior accounting staff with various tasks and projects.
  • Help in preparing financial reports and statements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Cooperatives, Business Management, or related fields.

2. Member Relations Junior Officer

  • Develop programs or events that encourage member engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Amharic (speaking, writing, and listening).
  • Strong customer service orientation and a passion for building positive relationships.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
