- Location: Addis Ababa
- Responsibilities: Leading architectural vision, conceptual design, technical specifications for Awash Bank HQ, and ensuring construction quality.

- BSc in Architecture with a minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design, particularly with high-rise buildings.
- Master’s Degree, contract administration, and interior design certification are advantageous.

2. Senior Project Coordinator
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Responsibilities: Supporting the HQ construction project, liaising with legal and local authorities, and maintaining project timelines.
- Qualification & Experience:
- BSc in Civil Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 8 years in project coordination on large-scale projects.
- PE license required, CAPM certification is advantageous.

3. Senior Geotechnical Engineer
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Responsibilities: Geotechnical investigation planning, risk assessment, foundation design, and maintaining project progression.
- Qualification & Experience:
- BSc in Geotechnical Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in high-rise building projects.

- Qualification & Experience:

- Responsibilities: Managing and expanding Awash Bank’s Shariah-compliant IFB products and supporting branch-level challenges.

- BA in Business Administration or related fields with 9 years of experience, 3 of which in a supervisory role in IFB services.

- Responsibilities: Leading branch operations, sales, and customer service, and ensuring adherence to bank regulations.
