- Familiarity with commercial refrigeration operations and cleaning procedures.

Skills and Educational Background:
- Education: Diploma or BA degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5-6 years in sales operations within the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Skills:
- Distributor engagement and in-field sales experience.
- Understanding of beer market dynamics, including competitor activities.
- Knowledge of forecasting, material planning, and sales campaign management.
- Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence, solve problems, and confidently communicate in both Amharic and English.

Skills and Educational Background:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Skills:
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Proficient in transportation management software, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
