Position: Account Analyst

• Location: Dilla
• Salary: $480/month
• Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

The Account Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate documentation for disbursements and maintaining consistency in accounts payable and receivable. Key duties include:

• Preparing journal entries and payment vouchers.
• Processing financial transactions and maintaining records.
• Uploading data into accounting software (PeopleSoft).
• Conducting reconciliations and preparing financial reports.
• Verifying source documents for proper approvals.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: Diploma or BA degree in Accounting.
• Experience:
  • Diploma holders: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
  • Degree holders: Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
  • Prior experience with NGOs is a plus.
• Additional Skills:
  • 6 months of CARE internship service is required.
  • Ability to communicate in Sidamigna is preferred.
