Job Summary:

The Architect will be responsible for preparing and producing detailed shop drawings for various architectural designs. The role includes ensuring accuracy, compliance with design intent, and resolving design conflicts by coordinating with other disciplines such as structural, mechanical, and electrical teams. Additionally, the Architect will make revisions based on feedback to ensure integrated and functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce detailed architectural shop drawings
Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines to resolve design conflicts
Make necessary revisions based on feedback
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all drawings
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines

Skills and Educational Background:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Experience: No experience required (fresh graduates welcome)
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software such as Revit and SketchUp
Ability to create detailed drawings and visualizations
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and meet deadlines
