Position 1: Human Capital Management Officer
Essential Functions:
- Prepare recruitment minutes by compiling interview results
- Create and distribute vacancy advertisements after approval
- Maintain personnel records on employment, promotions, transfers, appointments, salary adjustments, terminations, and other personnel details
- Manage recruitment and employee benefits processes
- Ensure timely completion of performance evaluations for probationary employees
- Update and consolidate staff leave records
- Maintain and update the Human Resource Database
- Perform additional HR-related tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background: BA in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 3.5 years in HRM, preferably in the banking sector, with at least 1 year as an officer in a relevant position
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Manager, Call Center Division
Essential Functions:
- Plan, develop, and manage overall call center operations
- Ensure exceptional customer service and manage team performance
- Supervise call center staff, ensuring service quality and adherence to policies
- Analyze call center data and report to senior management
- Motivate and coach team members to deliver top-tier customer service
- Set daily operational goals in collaboration with the management team
- Implement quality control measures and address customer concerns
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance, offering training and coaching as needed
- Foster a high-performance culture and a positive work environment
- Track targets for efficiency and customer satisfaction and stay informed on industry best practices
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background: BA/MBA in Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 8.5 years (BA) or 6.5 years (MBA) in relevant fields, preferably in banking, with at least 2 years as a Senior Officer
