Position Overview

The Gardening & Urban Farming Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sustainable gardening and urban farming projects for Ethiopian Airlines. This role requires collaboration across departments to maintain high standards and ensure eco-friendly practices.

Qualification Requirements

• Education: BA/BSc degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, Horticulture, Urban Farming, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 9 years in relevant fields, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role from a well-known organization.
• Language: Proficiency in English (Ethiopian Airlines’ working language); knowledge of additional languages is desirable.
