Habesha Breweries is inviting qualified and competent applicants to apply for the following position:

1. Finance Specialist – P2P Operations

  • Location: Addis Ababa

Job Summary:

The Finance Specialist will be responsible for processing payments, managing vendor accounts, and ensuring accurate financial records. The role includes handling employee and supplier reimbursements, improving the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, and adhering to the company’s Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and park supplier payments, advances, and employee settlement requests.
  • Process petty cash replenishment requests.
  • Clear vendor accounts and ensure accurate records for local purchases.
  • Maintain up-to-date vendor records.
  • Print credit memos and WHT receipts and input receipt numbers in SAP.
  • Propose and implement improvement ideas for P2P operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with SHEQ policies.

Skills and Educational Background:

  • BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
