1. Plant Protection Expert

Required No: 20
Location: Gelana Farm, Bale Mountain Farm, Debeka Farm, Gibe Gesha Farm

Job Purpose:
To supervise and maintain farmland free from pesticides, herbicides, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

Conduct reviews and appraisals of plant pest and pesticide problems.
Advise the farm manager on pest and pesticide management.
Prepare pest assessment schedules and reports.
Assess pesticide chemical efficacy after spraying.
Inspect and recommend improvements for chemical spraying activities.

Qualification and Skills:

Education: BSc in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related fields.
Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

2. Senior Accountant

Required No: 4
Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Job Purpose:
Enhance financial decision-making by processing financial data, reconciling account balances, and preparing financial reports.

Qualification and Skills:

Education: BA or MA in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 5 years for BA, 3 years for MA.
Skills:
Verbal and written communication.
Supervisory, leadership, and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher).

3. Agronomist

Required No: 10
Location: Adami Tuli, Bale Mountain Farm, Gelana Farm, Gibe Gesha

Job Purpose:
Research, plan, and implement planting, cultivation, and harvesting techniques to improve crop yield.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop planting, cultivation, and irrigation schedules.
Conduct soil and seed quality tests.
Recommend fertilizers and other soil amendments.
Prepare reports on farm production and provide improvement strategies.

Qualification and Skills:

Education: BSc or MSc in Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related fields.
Experience: 2 years for BSc, 0 years for MSc.

4. Junior Irrigation Expert

Required No: 10
Location: Adami Tuli, Bale Mountain Farm, Debeka Farm, Gelana Farm, Gibe Gesha Farm

Job Purpose:
Assist in managing irrigation systems to optimize crop yield.

Qualification and Skills:

Education: BSc in Irrigation Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates with CGPA of 3.5 and above are encouraged to apply).

5. Sales Officer

Required No: 2
Location: Hawassa

Job Purpose:
Promote and sell products to customers and manage client relationships.

Qualification and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: At least 3 years as a Sales Officer.

6. Manager, Tax and Statutory Payments (Re-advertised)

Required No: 1
Location: Addis Ababa

Job Purpose:
Lead and manage the tax practice, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Qualification and Skills:

Education: BA or MA in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 10 years for BA, 8 years for MA.
Skills:
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
