1, Branch Manager II

• Location: Addis Ababa
• Educational Background:
  • BA Degree in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
• Experience:
  • 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year as a Branch Manager I or in a similar position
• Job Grade: IX

2, Branch Manager III

• Location: Addis Ababa
• Educational Background:
  • BA Degree in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
• Experience:
  • 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year as a Branch Manager II or in a similar position
• Job Grade: X

3, Executive Secretary (Administrative Assistant)

• Location: Addis Ababa
• Educational Background:
  • BA Degree in Administrative Science or related fields, or a Diploma (Level IV) with a certificate in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related fields
• Experience:
  • 1 year for BA holders or 4 years for Diploma holders, with at least 2 years as a Secretary II
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational, time management, and team coordination skills
• Job Grade: VII

4, Executive Officer, Resources Management

• Location: Addis Ababa
• Educational Background:
  • BA Degree in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, or related fields; ACII or LOMA certifications are advantageous
• Experience:
  • 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role in insurance
• Job Grade: XIV
