1. Officer – Social and Digital Marketing (Graphics Designer)
- Location: Addis Ababa
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for managing the Bank’s marketing and promotion activities, particularly in social and digital media, with a focus on design solutions. The officer will create visual layouts, concepts, and product logos following brand guidelines and handle social media engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual illustrations considering design principles.
- Design brand identity systems, packaging, graphics, and campaigns for both print and digital platforms.
- Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and engage with social media (Canva proficiency required, Adobe a plus).
- Photography and videography skills are advantageous.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Certificate in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Video Camera, Photography & Videography.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in video editing, photo editing, or graphic design.
- Demonstrable expertise in graphic design, infographics, motion graphics, and interactive ads is an advantage.
2. Senior Officer – Credit Appraisal
- Location: Addis Ababa
Job Summary:
The Senior Officer is responsible for conducting credit risk and due diligence assessments to evaluate clients’ creditworthiness. This involves ensuring adherence to the Bank’s credit policies, procedures, and risk assessment techniques.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 4 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years as a Credit Officer or in an equivalent role.
