Position: Senior Human Resource Officer
Purpose of the Job
The Senior HR Officer will implement HR strategies in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensure legal compliance. This role also supports a positive organizational culture and enhances employee engagement in alignment with the bank’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in HR planning, policy revisions, and development
- Facilitate HR studies, employee payments, benefits, and various requests
- Oversee promotions, transfers, and recruitment processes
- Organize HR development programs and conduct post-training evaluations
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: At least 5 years in HR, with a minimum of 2 years as an HR Officer, preferably in the banking industry
