1. Manager, Performance Management and Succession

Purpose of the Job:
To develop, implement, and embed robust performance management and succession planning practices to maximize employee potential and meet the Bank’s evolving business needs.

Generic Functions:

• Develop, review, and implement policies, procedures, and plans for the division.
• Foster a positive corporate culture and uphold the Bank’s image.
• Uphold and enforce the Bank’s code of conduct among subordinates.
• Cultivate teamwork, collaboration, and transparency.
• Monitor services to ensure adherence to service-level agreements.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification:
• MA/MBA/BA in HRM, Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Experience:
• 7/9 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking, with at least 2 years in a senior officer position.

2. Branch Manager Grade – I

Purpose of the Job:
To achieve sustainable growth and profitability through effective resource mobilization, customer retention, and strong branch operations management.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification:
• BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience:
• 7 years of banking experience, including:
  • At least 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM/Relationship Manager.
  • Or 7 years with 2 years as a Senior Officer in banking operations.
