Position: Construction Project Management Division
Location: Addis Ababa

Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive construction project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
- Prepare and manage construction project budgets, ensuring cost control and timely reporting.
- Approve expenditures and monitor financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Education: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 9 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
