Position: Construction Project Management Division

Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Permanent

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive construction project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
• Prepare and manage construction project budgets, ensuring cost control and timely reporting.
• Approve expenditures and monitor financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

• Education: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 9 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
