Position: Construction Project Management Division

Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Permanent

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive construction project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
Prepare and manage construction project budgets, ensuring cost control and timely reporting.
Approve expenditures and monitor financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

Education: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 9 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
