1. HR Intern
Job Summary:
The HR Intern will provide diverse support to the Human Resources (HR) department, including maintaining complete and up-to-date personnel records for CARE Ethiopia’s staff. The role involves assisting in daily HR and administrative operations, interacting with employees, management, and external associates such as insurance companies and banks.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management.
- Experience:
- No prior work experience required.
- Skills:
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational skills with a professional and ethical approach.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
Additional Information:
- Monthly Stipend: $216
- Gender: Female applicants only (as part of the internship program’s focus).
