Job Summary

Ethio telecom is looking for a qualified Personal Assistant who will act as the first point of contact within the organization, handling various administrative tasks to support efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communication.
Screen and handle telephone calls, inquiries, and requests.
Organize and maintain schedules, including diary management and appointments.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and accommodation.
Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
Assist associates with tasks to optimize office procedures.

Competency Requirements:

Professional Skills: Strong administrative, scheduling, and organizational skills.
Transversal Skills: Customer orientation, active listening, empathy, emotional intelligence, clarity in communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, conflict resolution, patience, flexibility, stress management, time management, and professionalism.

Job Requirements

Educational Background: College Diploma, 10+3, Level III or IV in Customer Contact and Secretarial Operations, Customer Contact and Secretarial Operations Coordination, or Secretarial Science and Office Management.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in roles such as Administrative Assistant, Archives Clerk, Customer Profile Management Clerk, or Secretary.
Additional Qualification: Certificate of Competence (COC) is preferred.
