1. Human Resource Officer I

• Qualification:
  • BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Experience:
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience in a business organization.
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa.

2. Human Resource Officer II

• Qualification:
  • BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Experience:
  • A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in a business organization.
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa.

3. Senior Human Resource Officer

• Qualification:
  • BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Experience:
  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a business organization.
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa.

4. Senior Human Resource Development (Training) Officer

• Qualification:
  • BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Experience:
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a business organization.
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa.

Preferred Qualifications for All Positions

• Experience in the insurance sector.
• Familiarity with human resource and succession planning processes.
• Proficiency in recruitment, screening, and training coordination.
• Experience with benefits administration and labor law compliance.
• Strong dependability, teamwork, and organizational skills.
