1. Branch Manager – Grade 1

Education & Experience:
BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 6 years’ work experience in banking operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
Place of Work:
Chiro Branch (West Harerge), Melkarefu-IFB (East Harerge), Borkena (Dessie), Dawdo (Dessie).
Additional Information:
Speaking and writing in Afan-Oromo language is preferable for applicants to Chiro & Melkarefu-IFB branches.

2. Facility Engineer (Mechanical)

Education & Experience:
BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience (preferably in the banking industry).
Place of Work: Head Office.

3. Customer Service Officer (CSO) III

Education & Experience:
BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
Minimum of 1 year work experience in banking operations.
Applicants must currently work in a financial institution.
Place of Work: Branches under all districts.

4. Store Keeper I

Education & Experience:
BA Degree in Procurement and Supplies Management, Supplies Management, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management.
Place of Work: Adama District.

Salary

As per the Bank’s scale.
