Key Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive tender documents, including technical specifications, financial bids, and legal papers.
Monitor submission status and address any issues.
Evaluate tender results, identify potential suppliers, and negotiate favorable terms.
Draft and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
