Position 1: People Operations Officer
- Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Human Resource Management with at least 3 years of experience in people operations or HR management.

Position 2: Senior Officer, Digital Strategy, Planning & Product Development
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Product Development, or related fields with 3 years of relevant experience, OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in a similar field with 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in the insurance sector.
- Preferred Skills: Experience in digital strategy development and execution, product development, project management, market research, and digital trend analysis.
- Key Skills: Integrity, responsiveness, cooperation, and stress tolerance.
- Age Requirement: Maximum age of 35.
- Location: Addis Ababa
