• Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Human Resource Management with at least 3 years of experience in people operations or HR management.

Position 2: Senior Officer, Digital Strategy, Planning & Product Development

• Qualifications and Experience:
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Product Development, or related fields with 3 years of relevant experience, OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in a similar field with 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in the insurance sector.
• Preferred Skills: Experience in digital strategy development and execution, product development, project management, market research, and digital trend analysis.
• Key Skills: Integrity, responsiveness, cooperation, and stress tolerance.
• Age Requirement: Maximum age of 35.
• Location: Addis Ababa
