About Oromia Bank

Oromia Bank was established in 2008 under the relevant Ethiopian laws, including the Banking Proclamation No. 83/1994 and Proclamation No. 592/2008. It began operations on October 25, 2008, at Bole Branch in Dembel City Center. Today, Oromia Bank has grown to over 300 branches and a paid-up capital of ETB 3 billion, serving its community with a wide range of banking services.

Available Positions

1. Principal Marketing Communication Officer

  • Location: Head Office (Marketing and Research Directorate)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Media Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 6 years of relevant experience, with a background in marketing management, communication, brand management, media promotion, or public relations (experience in financial sector preferred).

2. Principal Corporate MIS and Reporting

  • Location: Head Office (Strategy Management Directorate)
  • Education: BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 6 years of relevant experience, including MIS, reporting, planning, or monitoring and evaluation (financial sector experience preferred).

3. Principal Product Development and Customer Management Officer

  • Location: Head Office (Marketing and Research Directorate)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 6 years in product development, customer management, or product and customer management (financial sector experience preferred).

4. Senior Corporate MIS and Reporting

  • Location: Head Office (Strategy Management Directorate)
  • Education: BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 4 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, planning, or monitoring and evaluation (financial sector experience preferred).

5. Marketing Communication Officer

  • Location: Head Office (Marketing and Research Directorate)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Media Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2 years in marketing management, communication, brand management, media promotion, or public relations (financial sector experience preferred).
