2: Grade 4 Branch Manager

Educational Qualification:

• BA or BSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of proven and relevant post-qualification insurance experience, including:
  • 2 years in a supervisory role, or
  • 3 years as a senior officer.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Effective marketing and selling skills.
• Team-building and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Having a CII Certification is an advantage.

3: Manager – Reinsurance

Educational Qualification:

• BA or BSc / MA or MSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

• For BA/BSc holders: Minimum of 10 years of proven and relevant post-qualification insurance experience.
• For MA/MSc holders: Minimum of 9 years of proven and relevant post-qualification insurance experience.
• At least:
  • 2 years as a section head, or
  • 5 years in a supervisory position in reinsurance.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Team-building capabilities.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Having a CII Certification is an advantage.
