1. Customer Service Officer

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, Banking and Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: One (1) year of experience as a Graduate Trainee.
Place of Work: Wukro, Mekelle

2. Senior Customer Service Officer I – Accounts/Cash

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, Banking and Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: Two (2) years of relevant banking experience.
Place of Work: Wukro, Mekelle

3. Customer Service Manager I

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, Banking and Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: Six (6) years of banking experience, with at least two (2) years in a Senior Customer Service Officer I position.
Place of Work: Dessie

4. Branch Manager I

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, Banking and Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: Seven (7) years of banking experience, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory position.
Place of Work: Wukro, Mekelle

5. Manager, SME and Cooperatives Relationship Division

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, Banking and Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience:
- Six (6) years of relevant banking experience, including two (2) years in a Principal Officer position.
- Eight (8) years of banking experience, including three (3) years in a Senior Officer position.
Place of Work: Head Office
