1. Customer Relationship Manager

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruit potential customers and maintain strong, sustainable relationships.
- Ensure customer recruitment aligns with the Bank’s policies.
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers.
- Conduct customer interviews, collect relevant documents for credit processing, and ensure the legality of borrowers.
- Verify and value properties offered as collateral.
- Prepare business visit and due diligence reports for credit committee decisions.
- Ensure timely decision-making for credit requests and communicate outcomes to customers.
- Oversee loan disbursement, classification, and timely collection.
- Conduct strict follow-ups on loans and advances to maintain quality.
- Propose resolution mechanisms for deteriorating loans and ensure loan documents are properly maintained.
- Negotiate with customers, manage complaints, and ensure compliance with the Bank’s Credit Policy.
Job Requirements:
- Education:
- MSc/MA or BSc/BA in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years in customer relationship and/or resource mobilization activities within the banking industry.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Competencies and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of modern management techniques.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to set and manage sales targets.
- Familiarity with commercial business law and sector regulations.
- Results-driven and customer-focused.
