1. Junior Sales and Marketing Officer

Company Overview:

Anbessa Travel is renowned for its exceptional services in travel management, car rental, and event planning. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Junior Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet customer requirements.
Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Engage in customer outreach through cold calling.
Resolve customer issues to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and outcomes within agreed timelines.
Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Development, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: 0 to 2 years.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of building professional relationships.
- Openness to feedback and relationship management.
