1. Head – Governance & Compliance Team

• Qualification: BSc in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information System, or related fields.
• Experience: 8 years in Digital Banking Support or related, with 3 years as a Senior Governance & Compliance Officer or equivalent.
• Location: Head Office

2. Head – Fraud Handling Section

• Qualification: BSc in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information System, or related fields.
• Experience: 8 years in Digital Banking Support or related, with 3 years as a Senior Fraud Handling Officer or equivalent.

• Qualification: BSc in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information System, or related fields.

• Qualification: BA in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Insurance, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 7 years in banking as a Customer Service Officer, with 2 years as a Branch Manager or equivalent.
