Established in October 2010 with a paid-up capital of Birr 9.7 million, Berhan Insurance S.C. operates under Proclamation No. 86/1994. Initiated by Berhan Bank S.C., the company was founded by 455 influential investors. Currently, it operates through 30 branches and two contact offices, including 20 branches in Addis Ababa and the remaining 12 in key regional towns such as Hawassa, Wolaita Sodo, Bahir Dar, Mekelle, and others.

Berhan Insurance has successfully fulfilled the National Bank of Ethiopia’s paid-up capital requirements for general and life insurance services, with a current paid-up capital of Birr 200 million.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
  BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA degree in Marketing, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university or college.
• Experience:
  Minimum of 6 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a senior position.

2. Junior UW/Claims Officer (Life Insurance)

Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
  BA/BSc Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Experience:
  Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in teaching.
