1. Sales Person

Purpose of the Job:

To maintain and increase sales of the company’s products, establish and expand the customer base, and ensure timely and accurate product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on customer orders.
• Contact and build relationships with potential customers.
• Deliver products on time and in the right place.
• Collect customer complaints, feedback, and marketing information.
• Plan sales and delivery activities.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of sales helpers.
• Deposit daily cash sales in the bank and issue receipts to customers.
• Ensure compliance with company rules, food safety policies, and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Education:
  • BA degree in Marketing Management or any Social Science field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 1-year sales experience.
  • Experience in the water and beverage industry is preferable.
• Languages:
  • Proficiency in Amharic and English.

Location: Addis Ababa
