Position: Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer

Job Summary:
The MEL Officer will support and maintain the M&E systems for the Women Lead in Emergencies (WLiE) Project. Key responsibilities include data collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting. The role involves providing technical backstopping, capacity building, and maintaining strong collaboration with CARE Ethiopia, CARE France, and global teams.


Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Economics, International Development, Monitoring & Evaluation, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in M&E or a related field.
    • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, STATA) and database tools (e.g., advanced MS-Excel, MS-Access).
    • Experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis is highly desirable.

Location: Addis Ababa

Salary: $746 per month
