Position 1: HR Business Partner
Educational Background
- BA or MA/MSc Degree in Management, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, or related business fields.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years as HR Manager, HR Supervisor, HR Specialist, HR Expert, or HR Generalist.
Required Competencies
- Knowledge of Human Resource Management principles.
- Employee relations and conflict resolution skills.
- Talent management and succession planning expertise.
- Performance management and coaching abilities.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and data interpretation.
- Knowledge of change management and organizational development.
- Familiarity with compliance regarding HR laws and regulations.

Position 2: Collateral Valuator
Educational Background
- BA/BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 3 years as Collateral Valuator or Asset Valuator in the financial or construction sector.
Required Competencies
- Knowledge of valuation principles and asset classes (real estate, equipment, and vehicles).
- Ability to analyze market trends and assess economic factors.
- Proficiency in risk assessment techniques and legal encumbrance evaluation.
- Familiarity with software tools like AutoCAD and GIS systems for valuation.
- Strong reporting and communication skills for presenting valuations.
- Ethical standards in managing sensitive valuation data.
