Position 1: HR Business Partner

Educational Background

  • BA or MA/MSc Degree in Management, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, or related business fields.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years as HR Manager, HR Supervisor, HR Specialist, HR Expert, or HR Generalist.

Required Competencies

  • Knowledge of Human Resource Management principles.
  • Employee relations and conflict resolution skills.
  • Talent management and succession planning expertise.
  • Performance management and coaching abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and data interpretation.
  • Knowledge of change management and organizational development.
  • Familiarity with compliance regarding HR laws and regulations.

Position 2: Collateral Valuator

Educational Background

  • BA/BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years as Collateral Valuator or Asset Valuator in the financial or construction sector.

Required Competencies

  • Knowledge of valuation principles and asset classes (real estate, equipment, and vehicles).
  • Ability to analyze market trends and assess economic factors.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment techniques and legal encumbrance evaluation.
  • Familiarity with software tools like AutoCAD and GIS systems for valuation.
  • Strong reporting and communication skills for presenting valuations.
  • Ethical standards in managing sensitive valuation data.
