Job Summary:

The Head, Electro Mechanical Maintenance Service is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring electro-mechanical maintenance activities. The role includes ensuring the efficient operation of electrical and mechanical systems, inspecting and maintaining alternative power systems, and managing preventive maintenance schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and monitor electro-mechanical maintenance activities.
• Control, supervise, and operate electrical and mechanical systems.
• Inspect, install, and maintain alternative power systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
• Develop and manage maintenance plans to ensure reduced downtime.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and techniques.
• Lead projects related to electro-mechanical systems.

Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant professional qualifications and certifications are an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in electro-mechanical equipment maintenance and repairs.

Technical Competencies:

• Expertise in maintenance and repair of electro-mechanical equipment.
• Proficiency in creating and managing maintenance plans.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve system faults.
• Project management skills.
