Position: Sales Representatives
Location: Mekelle & Local Cities
Position Overview
The Sales Representatives will be responsible for promoting Droga Pharma’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company’s products to potential and existing customers, persuading them to make purchases.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable company products.
- Submit purchase orders promptly and coordinate with sales operators.
- Process payments, collect guarantees, and report to the finance and tender team.
- Maintain strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
- Monitor and report on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success.
- Update account information in the company CRM system regularly.
- Present product information during trade shows and large events.
- Provide in-person product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers about the benefits of pharmaceutical products.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals.
- Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
- Experience: More than 2 years of relevant work experience.
