1. Quality Controller

Job Summary:

The Quality Controller will monitor the quality control environment and conduct tests and analyses to ensure compliance with quality standards across the supply chain. The role reports to the Quality Assurance Technologist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control on-site for preforms, closures, and blown bottles according to inspection protocols.
• Oversee quality in syrup making, ensuring proper sampling, testing, and release decisions.
• Conduct quality checks for water treatment processes based on required protocols.
• Rotate consumable stock to ensure usage within the required dates.
• Apply Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the lab and production environments.
• Maintain Safety, Health, and Environmental Standards.

Job Requirements:

• Education:
  • First degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
