1. Senior Business Analyst

Educational Qualification:
MA/BA in Business, Economics, Finance, or other related fields.
Experience:
3.5/5.5 years of experience in market analysis, innovation, or strategic roles within the financial sector, with at least 2 years in a relevant officer position.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa.

2. Senior IT Risk Management Officer

Educational Qualification:
BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience:
5.5/3.5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in an IT Risk or Audit position.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa.

3. Senior Human Capital Training and Development Management Officer

Educational Qualification:
BA in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, Leadership, or related fields.
MBA/MA in the same fields is preferred.
Experience:
BA holders: 5.5 years of relevant experience.
MA/MBA holders: 3.5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry, including 2 years in a relevant officer position.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa.

4. Team Leader – Business Analysis Team

Educational Qualification:
MA/BA in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
Experience:
5.5/7.5 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or market analysis, with at least 2 years in a team leader position.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
