1. Junior Legal Service and Enforcement

Job Purpose:
Assist in investigating compliance breaches, contribute to drafting operational and administrative policies, and provide legal advice to departments.

Job Grade: 5
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Education: LLB
Experience: Not required

2. Associate Legal Service and Enforcement

Job Purpose:
Assist the Manager in divisional operations, investigate compliance breaches, review policies and regulations from a legal perspective, and follow up on enforcement of disciplinary decisions.

Job Grade: 6
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Education: LLB
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in judiciary, prosecution, legal advisory, business analysis, exchange operations, surveillance, or related fields.

3. Senior Specialist, Investigation and Enforcement

Job Purpose:
Advise divisions on operational legal issues, investigate compliance breaches, ensure adherence to Exchange rules, conduct legal research, and produce periodic reports.

Education: LLM/LLB
Experience: 4/6 years of relevant experience in judiciary, prosecution, legal advisory, business analysis, exchange operations, or related fields.
Location: Addis Ababa
