Scope of the Role:

Responsible for planning and coordinating HR activities at EEC construction sites.

Job Requirements:

Educational Background: BA in HR, Management, Public Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 3–5 years, specifically in similar roles within construction companies or project-based HR.
Skills Required:
- Ability to work in challenging environments and relocate to project sites across Ethiopia.
- Strong communication, people management, and computer skills.
- Willingness to work extra hours.

Position Overview:

Assist the Resourcing and Recruitment team in processing hires, screening candidates, setting up interviews, and facilitating induction training.

Job Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related fields.
Experience: 3–4 years of direct work experience, preferably in construction companies with high-volume hiring needs.
Skills Required:
- Proactive and fast-paced with strong interpersonal and communication skills (Amharic & English).
- Technical proficiency in computer literacy and social media tools (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and relocate to assigned sites.
