Position: NID Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and supervise NID customers.
• Present and promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Understand and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and ensure client needs are met effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth operational process.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Education:
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer System, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering (Computer Engineering), or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Not required (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Language Requirements:
  • Must speak Somali and/or Oromiffa.
