Ethiopost, Ethiopia’s primary postal service provider, invites qualified and competent fresh graduates to apply for the following vacant position:

Operate and supervise NID customers.
Present and promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Understand and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and ensure client needs are met effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth operational process.
Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Education:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer System, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering (Computer Engineering), or Electromechanical Engineering.
Experience: Not required (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
Language Requirements:
- Must speak Somali and/or Oromiffa.
