1. Digital Banking Officer

• Education & Experience:
  • MSc/BSc in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4/6 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of digital banking platforms and customer service preferred.
• Job Summary:
  Support the development, implementation, and management of digital banking services.
• Reports to: Digital Banking Manager
• Location: Addis Ababa

2. Office Secretary

• Education & Experience:
  • BA/Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2/4 years of relevant experience.
• Job Summary:
  Provide clerical support, manage correspondence, and organize files.

3. Internal Auditor (Regional)

• Education & Experience:
  • BA in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 4 years in auditing, preferably in microfinance.
• Job Summary:
  Conduct audits to ensure policy compliance.

4. Executive Assistant to the CEO

• Job Summary:
  Provide operational and administrative support to the CEO.

5. Manager, Logistics, General Services & Administration

• Education & Experience:
  • MA/BA in Management, Economics, or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 8/10 years of experience, with 4 years in a supervisory role.

  Oversee procurement, logistics, and property management.
