Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: Ten (10) years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous.

Competencies:

• Proven experience in business development and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools and techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of business process modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within designated branches.
