PSS has implemented a multi-institution shared-switch infrastructure providing state-of-the-art payment technology for ATM, POS, e-commerce, mobile banking, and other channels. Currently, PSS invites qualified candidates to apply for the following vacant positions:
Position: Manager, Human Capital Division
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the corporate strategy.
- Oversee the overall HR budget, ensuring key areas align with the corporate strategy.
- Drive talent strategy, career development, and succession planning.
- Develop and review HR policies in response to business and legislative changes.
- Manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and training.
- Coordinate employee engagement surveys and ensure alignment with career development practices.
- Establish HR metrics aligned with organizational goals and prepare reports for management.
- Promote high performance, lead HR teams, and manage recruitment processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience (professional certification is an advantage).

Position: Marketing and Communication Officer II
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing and branding policies and procedures.
- Analyze product brand positioning and develop communication strategies.
- Execute marketing, advertising, PR, and promotional initiatives.
- Prepare promotional materials in collaboration with marketing companies.
- Organize company events and maintain media relations.
- Develop marketing strategies for new and existing products.
- Prepare reports on marketing performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Marketing and Communications.
- Skills in graphic design, AI, PSD, video editing, and social media management are mandatory.
