Position 1: Scrub/OT-Theater Nurse
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care based on patient assessments and care plans.
- Perform nursing interventions, including vital signs monitoring, infection control, and specimen collection.
- Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.
- Offer pre- and post-operative care, assess progress, and consult with healthcare teams.
- Educate individuals and families on reproductive health and family planning.
- Assist in all stages of surgical operations while maintaining sterile environments.
Qualifications:
- Education: BSc in Nursing or Operation Theater Specialty Nursing.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in relevant roles.
- Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and perioperative nursing abilities.

Position 2: Marketing Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize events to promote MSI services and implement marketing campaigns.
- Develop advertising and promotional materials across various media.
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
- Train Community-Based Mobilizers (CBMs) and build service partnerships.
- Prepare budgets and monitor expenses.
Qualifications:
- Education: BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 5 years in marketing roles.
- Skills: Proficiency in marketing strategies, data analysis, and social media.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Centre Lead – SRH Centre-Level I
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Business Management, Nursing, Public Health, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in healthcare management or SRH services.
- Skills: Leadership, business development, and organizational abilities.
Location: Shashemene
Position 4: Centre Lead – SRH Centre-Level 2
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Business Management, Nursing, Public Health, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in healthcare management or SRH service delivery.
- Skills: Financial reporting, team management, and SRH policy knowledge.
Location: Sodo, Debre Markos
Position 5: Midwife Nurse
Qualifications:
- Education: BSc/Diploma in Midwifery.
- Experience: Four years for Diploma holders; two years for BSc holders.
- Skills: Expertise in midwifery, emergency interventions, and counseling.
Location: Adama
